Shakur Stevenson has been approched about a Devin Haney fight properly now and some concerning news has come about him.
The man from New Jersey never came across to us or anyone as a boxer in the sport who ever ducked anyone.
Who ever ducked tough challenges either.

Father and manager of Devin Haney, Bill Haney, has now confirmed they have officially approched Shakur Stevenson for the fight.
Even offering him the fight at a catchweight of 144 pounds.
Even though Haney is a champion at 147 pounds (welterweight).
As the belts are no longer as important anymore with Usyk and Jessie Bam Rodriguez the latest to vacate them last week.
Haney senior sees this and can do the same with his son Devin Haney at 147 poundss.
To get the bigger and better fights for themselves as well.
They do not need to listen to anyone ordering them to fight Keyshawn Davis and clearly they get this by approaching Stevenson instead.
The Keyshawn Davis fight is an alright one as well but the Stevenson fight much better for them and the sport.
The fact they are even willing to fight him at a catchweight of 144 pounds which will suit Stevenson — says it all.
They are willing to take on all challenges, clearly, but it looks like the problem is with Shakur Stevenson.
Shakur Stevenson does a lot of talk on social media but then when Devin Haney and Bill Haney actually approached him for the fight — he is nowhere to be found.
Even at 144 pounds he appears to have ghosted them and to us and others — it shows he is ducking the fight.
Not Devin Haney and Bill Haney.
Devin Haney already became the youngest undisputed champion in boxing history and no one actually even talks about it as a feat and achievement.
He and his father Bill Haney are smart enough to know and see that.
Because they know the belts are no longer what sell.
Or what create legacies anymore in the sport.
