What Signings Tko And Zuffa Boxing May Look To Make In Boxing

There is a lot of change in the air in professional boxing at the moment and TKO Boxing and Zuffa Boxing along with others are at the front of it.

The likes of DAZN, the BBC in the UK, Paramount in the US and Netflix worldwide are in the mix as well.

The sheer size of these new digital corporations in particular coming to boxing speaks to how well boxing is doing and will do shortly worldwide as a sport.

Zuffa and TKO are part of the UFC’s brands of boxing in a sense in that UFC President Dana White is one of the people behind TKO and Zuffa Boxing appears to be connected to TKO as well when you analyze their social media profiles online.

If they are going to make an impact however in professional boxing they need to hit the ground running and be extremely aggressive.

Don’t worry about the likes of old players that don’t count as much like Bob Arum, Al Haymon or Oscar De La Hoya, use them is you need to but there’s much bigger and better fights happening with fights that have their own promotional companies now even, work with any promoter but focus on making the best fights on the best platforms, the above three are simply not putting on the best fights on a regular basis as much anymore.

What Signings TKO And Zuffa Boxing May Look To Make In Boxing

So, Zuffa and TKO need to make big impact signings like top quality prospects, some world champions and some heavyweights as well of course because at the end of the day, the heavyweight division is still boxing’s most well known division.

Because of their affiliation with the UFC, TKO and Zuffa can bring if they wanted too, like Misfits does, MMA fights and big UFC events into boxing events as well and co promote UFC and boxing events together on the same night.

On a far higher level than Misfits Boxing do as well.

As well as tapping into that element of influencer marketing where MMA fighters fight boxing but we don’t think they will do that much, though.

They appear to want to make the best boxing fights in boxing with the best fighting the best, and have a strong production team assembled already with old HBO people like Max Kellerman already on board.

If they could get Usyk to fight on one of their events, obviously that would be huge.

He parted way with his promoter Alex from Ukraine not long ago as well.

As the undisputed heavyweight champion he should be their top target and looks to be a free agent to sign up as well now,

Exciting times ahead for boxing.

Fights, fights, fights. It’s all about the fights.

There’s a revolution happening soon in boxing at the moment and here’s how more boxers can join it.
