Adrien Broner and Gervonta Davis appeared to have had a reuniting for the first time in a while outside of boxing.
A bit of a waste of time surely. What that achieved is not clear but both are former world champions in many weight divisions, that fact remains.
Adrien Broner in fact was once a four-weight world champion in professional boxing. Very few have ever achieved that.
To put that into context for those new to the sport. Some have forgotten more about boxing then many will ever even dream of knowing about boxing.
As for Broner, lately, he has been going off the rails with alcohol again and has been doing so for some years now. Boxing comebacks don’t look likely for him.
Broner says he is doing streaming now and on one stream the first Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis sighting came in a while per the above.
For some reason both looked very scared, wherever the stream was based. Davis looked very frail as well. He didn’t look well at all and very thin.
Broner largely overweight and not clear if he was under the influence of alcohol or not again.
One of the biggest fights of this generation in America and worldwide would have without doubt being Gervonta Davis vs Shakur Stevenson.
Based on where Gervonta Davis is now however, and Stevenson having been in solid form recently, the gap between the two ever fighting looks too large now.
We don’t think a Davis vs Stevenson fight will happen based on the above but hey, who knows what fights either will be in.
Gervonta Davis fell out of the pound for pound rankings list a while back.
