Early 2026 has seen much from Dana White and co.
The UFC are now well and truly into boxing in an all-in, big way. Dana White the President of the UFC is the promoter for Zuffa Boxing along with its links to TKO that also has organizer Turki Alalshikh part of the movement.
What a fast start it has been already though for all concerned.
Big signings of fast events already rolled out. Cruiserweight world champions signed, former heavyweight champions in Charles Martin signed, Callum Walsh continuing his unbeaten career and more.
Undefeated prospects and contenders also signed from Latin America.
But now there’s talks they want to even try to stage a possible Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua heavyweight fight.
It is not clear though if the latter in Joshua will even box again.
The fact they are also interested and actively seeking by all accounts to sign the heavyweight King Oleksandr Usyk is huge.
For them and the entire sport.
The sheer speed and hitting the ground running nature of their early success is an eye opener.
The first two events are down now with Zuffa Boxing 01 and 02.
The latter saw the action in the ring far improve and the production on Paramount Plus and Meta was a little better.
The UFC.com site and YouTube channels are now also all in showing boxing everywhere now.
The power button has been hit.
It can’t be turned off now.
Can’t be stopped now.
