Who Is There Really Left For Usyk To Fight

When you look at what Oleksandr Usyk has achieved in the heavyweight division in a short time frame, it is truly special, rare and really unheard of for some ways.

Sure, the likes of Evander Holyfield and David Haye did win the world heavyweight title after moving up from cruiserweight world champions, like Usyk did.

But neither became undisputed heavyweight champion with all the belts like he did in such clinical, clear cut fashion, in basically his first couple of years in the division.

What’s more, he has beaten pretty much all the best rivals in the division of his time at heavyweight, multiple times in fact when it comes to the likes of Tyson Fury.

He’s beaten Anthony Joshua and even earlier in 2025 brutally knocked out what was meant to be his most dangerous opponent yet in former IBF heavyweight champion Daniel Dubois.

Dubois was a young hungry lion and was in the form of his life and Usyk took him out in his home country even in the UK at Wembley stadium.

Usyk has literally gone around the world and battered everyone at cruiserweight and heavyweight, knocked people spark out and done so many times, most times, in their home country while he was travelling on the road.

What next for him now?

He’s under repair from some physical injuries at the moment after campaigning and training in the heavyweight division for a bit, a division that hits different than the rest.

When he’s back shortly there was talk of a Joseph Parker fight but now that Parker has lost to Fabio Wardley, there could be the Wardley fight, but is that a big sell with fans and most importantly, with Usyk?

There’s the likes of Moses Itauma breaking through as well and Joshua is coming back soon, and there’s also the Fury trilogy, Fury is the only one who has given him a close run for his money and trilogy’s are selling well in boxing now.

Usyk has talked about going to MMA or fighting big MMA names in boxing as well.

Time will tell.

Usyk has conquered boxing pretty much but there’s always another big fight if he wants one.

Fans certainly would like to see him box on.

World champions are boxing on longer than ever now and there’s plenty of years left in Usyk if he chose to fight on.
