See here Conor McGregor boxing sparring again for the first time in what seems a long time ahead of what many are saying is a comeback soon.
Whether it is a comeback to the UFC or professional boxing even with the new TKO Boxing being governed partly by Dana White of the UFC, remains to be seen.
Basically, he is back in the UFC testing pool for doping but the UFC now promotes professional boxing with Dana White, UFC Fight Pass and TKO Boxing as well (Zuffa Boxing too) so you never know.

He is back putting in some work in professional unarmed combat which is always a positive to see.
Boxing is an option and McGregor has indicated he wants to fight professional boxing before.
The UFC did a new Paramount mega $7.7 billion deal recently but boxing some say will feature too.
McGregor will certainly have options to fight in boxing shortly, that is certain.
