Frank Sanchez lands a heavyweight title shot in a solid fight

Cuban heavyweight tactician and big hitting Frank Sanchez has landed a big opportunity now in boxing and it is deserved.

Lineal heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk vacated all his old belts last week.

Casting further unimportance to the old four sanctioning bodies that used to be relevant in boxing.

Now Sanchez has been ordered by one of them to fight the young UK rising prospect Moses Itauma.

Great scrap.

Even though the belts mean nothing anymore, the lineal champion does, who is still Usyk, it is a heck of a fight.

Itauma needed this test as well and he faces Filip Hrgovic first before the Frank Sanchez later this year.

Not that it has anything to do with the old belts, Frank Sanchez will surely accept a fight with Moses Itauma because it is a big fight on its own merits.

One that he will possibly like his chances in as well after Sanchez’ recent knockout of another prospect at heavyweight.

But from the other side of the pond in the US in the form of Richard Torrez.

Who knows if the fight will come off but talks of it are good as it is a good fight for spectators in the heavyweight division.

Sanchez vs Itauma.

Frank Sanchez has arrived now in the big time of heavyweight boxing.

A big hitting, technical fighter from Cuba who when his head is screwed on — is a force in the division.
