Ryan Garcia on how he would do vs Mayweather and Pacquiao as he confirms news as well on next fight in boxing in 2026.
A short time ago on the Jimmy Fallon show in America Garcia confirmed that he would take on Conor Benn next up September 12th in Las Vegas.
He promised fans he would put a whopping on him in America and send him back across the pond.
He also brought up boxing legends Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao.
He said if he ever fought Pacquiao that the fight would be a war but he would have knocked him out.
On Mayweather he said he’s one of the best fighters ever but he would knock him out.
Bold claims and many will disagree.
Mayweather and Pacman are due to apparently fight in September on Netflix but they are still waiting to confirm it.
On a Ryan Garcia vs Mayweather and Pacman fight, here’s how the styles would play put potentially:
Mayweather (49) vs Ryan Garcia – Style Breakdown:
- Mayweather’s shoulder roll defense would make Ryan miss often.
- He would counter Ryan with sharp, precise punches.
- Ryan’s speed and power could pressure Floyd early.
- Mayweather controls distance and makes Ryan pay for lunging.
- Ryan’s left hook is less effective against Floyd’s shell.
- At 49, Floyd is slower, so Ryan wins with volume if disciplined.
- Mayweather likely wins by decision using defense and experience.
Pacquiao (47) vs Ryan Garcia – Style Breakdown:
- Pacquiao attacks with fast southpaw flurries and pressure.
- Ryan can counter with a quick left hook as Manny comes in.
- Pacquiao’s footwork is still good but slower than Ryan’s.
- Ryan uses his size and reach to control range.
- Manny’s close-range bursts could trouble Ryan on the ropes.
- Ryan’s youth, speed, and power give him the edge in most rounds.
Who knows what fights the above will be in but for now Ryan Garcia says he’s fighting Conor Benn according to him.
