Former pound for pound number one boxer Floyd Mayweather has had a rough couple of weeks following the passing of his uncle and mother of three of his kids.

But in true champion fashion he’s leading by example with his actions in terms of showing others that although the world is in a dark place at the moment, we must keep working as best we can.

Whether that is working on yourself during isolation or in your chosen profession, we have to keep on keeping on as they say.

Prior to the global Coronavirus pandemic Mayweather had mentioned he would return in a type of exhibition in 2020.

This is now on hold for obvious reasons but that hasn’t stopped him getting back into his boxing gym.

Certainly a guy keen to keep busy and sharp during this lock down period.

His work ethic evident for all to see above.

A period that looks set to last for some time depending on where in the world you are.

While no one knows how long it will last it is important to keep fit, healthy and a good diet where you can.
