All the hard work has well and truly been completed at this stage for ‘AB’ as he tapers off over the coming six days or so ahead of the biggest challenge of his professional career.
When the fight against Manny Pacquiao was first announced a couple of months back Broner was clearly heavy and had a lot of work to get down to anywhere near 147lbs (welterweight) for the WBA title fight with ‘PacMan’ next week.
But he has, to be fair to him.
Making the weight next Friday should not be a problem for the man formerly known as ‘The Problem’.
With just a week to go now, Broner is based in Barry’s Boxing Gym in Las Vegas and has shown off his monster condition coming into the fight.

At least by taking his preparation this seriously he can have no excuses either way next week whatever way the fight pans out.
The bout will be live on Showtime pay per view in the US and on ITV 4 free view in the UK and will take place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
