Last week it was widely reported that Amir Khan’s next opponent will be Terence Crawford on April 20th most likely on ESPN and quite possibly — on ESPN pay per view too.
Locations of Vegas and New York have also being mentioned.
That said, nothing has been confirmed about it just yet and as things stand everything is still in play including a fight with UK rival Kell Brook.
Passions have erupted in the boxing world in recent days surrounding who Khan should take on next out of the two fighters.
It would seem that he hasn’t signed anything yet at least and could very well still be weighing up both options and waiting to hear of what offers are actually on the table for both bouts.
Amid everything that’s going on at the moment the Bolton boxer has had this defiant message on social media:
An announcement on his next fight is expected in the coming weeks.
Amir Khan has a professional boxing record of 33-4-20KO and won his last fight by unanimous decision against Samuel Vargas in Birmingham, UK last September.
