A massive left hook has been delivered today if a report from a credible boxing journalist is true and confirmed in a short time.
Long time American boxing writer Keith Idec broke the story a short time ago that DAZN, the new sports streaming app in the US showing boxing and MMA currently, had landed the rights to Canelo Alvarez’ next fight and bouts in the future.

Massive move if it happens. Would make sense signing a co promotional deal with GB and MR where if @Canelo chose to stay at SMW the Smith fight is an easy made option or like wise back at MW Andrade &/or Jacobs….seems a win win for everyone, including the fans for 9.99 a month

A remarkable bit of business by DAZN if confirmed and the first very tangible, power play by Eddie Hearn in the US boxing market.
If this is confirmed officially tomorrow, as expected, hats off old boy.
