Former pound for pound great Andre Ward was a keen spectator of this past weekend’s big fight in the US that took place in Omaha, Nebraska live on ESPN.
Omaha fighting son Terence Crawford showed his hometown fans once again just why he’s one of the very best boxers in the world today.
Similar to Ward, Crawford is a bag of tricks in the ring and is up there as one of the most skilled fighters in boxing at the moment.
Ward had nothing but respect for what he saw in the fight:
One thing about the sport of boxing. You can talk, but come Fight night, you gotta back it all up !!!! @espn #CrawfordBenavidez

The cream certainly rose to the top but until Crawford and Errol Spence fight, and possibly throw Keith Thurman into that mix too, we won’t know who the best welterweight in the world is just yet.
