IBF welterweight world champion Errol Spence Jr is in awe of the power WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder hits with and he believes he will be the main man when all is said and done at heavyweight.

The likes of Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua and Joseph Parker will have one or two things to say about that of course but Spence from seeing Wilder close up fully believes that Wilder has the beating of Joshua.

Currently Joshua is a warm favorite in a hypothetical fight with Wilder.

However many behind the scenes feel Wilder’s wild (or windmill) style in the eyes of some – will present a huge amount of problems for Joshua who is more of a conventional boxer type in his style who looks to throw shots with the correct technique, perfectly.

Spence thinks Wilder’s raw and unorthodox power is on a completely different level however:

“The way he be knocking dudes out man he could end up killing somebody man. The way their bodies react when they are on the ground man (shaking motion) – it’s crazy.”

Errol returns to the ring this weekend in an intriguing match up with Lamont Peterson in New York at the Barclays Center this Saturday night.
