Full World Boxing Championships 2017 Finalist Medal Winners List

Here is the full World Boxing Championships 2017 medal winners list following the finals that took place today in Hamburg Germany.

It was an action packed day in Germany this weekend – with Cuba once again showing why they have dominated amateur boxing around the world for so many years.

Out of the nine final matchups on the day, Cuba took an incredible four gold and two silver medals.

Former heavyweight champions Wladimir Klitschko and David Haye were on hand to give out the medals in Hamburg, as well as promoter Richard Schaefer:


Here’s the full world boxing championships 2017 medal list starting with the lower weight classes and working our way up to the heavyweights for this year:


Joanhys Argilagos (Cuba) won gold 3 rounds to 2 vs Hasanboy Dusmatov (Uzbekitstan) who claimed silver.


Yosbany Veitia (Cuba) won gold 5 rounds to 0 vs Jasurbek Latipov (Uzbekitstan) who claimed silver.


Kairat Yeraliyev (Kazakhstan) won gold 3 rounds to 2 vs Duke Ragan (USA) who claimed silver.


Sofiane Ouhima (France) won gold 5 rounds to 0 vs Lazaro Alvarez (Cuba) who claimed silver.


Shakhram Giyasov (Uzbekitstan) won gold 5 rounds to 0 vs Roniel Iglesias (Cuba) who claimed silver.


Oleksandr Khyznisk (Ukraine) won gold 5 rounds to 0 vs Abilkhan Amankul (Kazakhstan) who claimed silver.


Julio Cesar La Cruz (Cuba) won gold 5 rounds to 0 vs Joe Ward (Ireland) who claimed silver.


Erislandy Savon (Cuba) won gold 3 rounds to 2 vs Evgeny Tishchenko (Russia) who claimed silver.


Mahammadrasul Majidov (Azerbaijan) won gold 4 rounds to 1 vs Kamshybek Kunkabayev (Kazakhstan) who claimed silver.
