McGregor sparring leaked below showing the Irishman sparring with Paulie Malignaggi and the American ending up on the canvas.

Over the past number of weeks Irishman Conor McGregor had been letting slip still photo shots of him and former world champion Paulie Malignaggi sparring in Las Vegas.

Ultimately this caused Malignaggi to be angered to the point of leaving the camp entirely.

Before that however, McGregor did get two full twelve round spars out of the New Yorker and the Irishman’s coach John Kavanagh told Ariel Helwani that he was very happy with how he saw McGregor’s skills cross over into the boxing realm with Malignaggi.

It is very important to note however that Paulie had not boxed in some time and when he did it was a loss against UK fighter Sam Eggington, with the American at this point considerably out of his prime.

Nonetheless, fans have clamoured for more sparring footage of what really happened between the two as Malignaggi made himself part of the story line in the whole Mayweather McGregor build-up this last while.

UFC President Dana White has obliged with the following McGregor sparring leaked in a short clip – in what no doubt is going to prove a highly contentious topic ahead of Mayweather vs McGregor:

The fight will take place on August 26th at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
