Adrien Broner Makes Huge Claim About What He’ll Do After Beating Pacquiao

Adrien Broner has always been a confident fighter.

Perhaps overly so in the past.

Particularly where he came unstuck in fights against the likes of Marcos Maidana and others.

Speaking to a group of reporters at Barry’s Boxing Gym in Vegas to kick off fight week Broner first paid respect to Floyd Mayweather on his recent exhibition win in Tokyo, Japan:

“I tip my hat to him. He just made some easy. I tip my hat to him.”

But not long after that, when one reporter asked what he’ll do in his career if he beats Pacquiao on Saturday night — ‘AB’ promised to take over the entire sport:

“I’ll take over boxing. Don’t get me wrong, you’ve got a lot of good guys in boxing but they just don’t do what I do or what I bring to the table and with a win like this over Manny Pacquiao, it will put me right where I once was and where I need to be.”

Takeovers aside first thing’s first — Manny Pacquiao on Saturday night at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Pacquiao will have his own plans too of course.
