That said, a short time ago at the final press conference for the fight ahead of Saturday the trainers exchanged some lively remarks to one another.
Salas broke his usual mold a little bit from his usual calm exterior but in general, there is a clash of personalities going on in the coaching teams also.

- Lopez Sr. is chaotic and personal sometimes but it is usually to build a fight — called Rolly a “fake” friend
- Salas is cold, professional, and tactical
- One corner is a father-son emotional minefield
- The other is a seasoned, championship-level operation
This is something that Rolly Romero might be able to use as another advantage to him over Teofimo Lopez again.
