The trainer of Zepeda a short time ago addressed Lamont Roach at the final press conference before their boxing match.
William Zepeda is a rugged and tough competitor for anyone in the sport of boxing.
The Mexican takes on Lamont Roach of the US this Saturday and his trainer said a short time ago;
‘Discipline is the word that has captured our eyes. You can have all the talent in the world, but if you don’t have discipline, then there’s nothing. That’s what defines William Zepeda.’
That is very overrated and talent and ability beats effort and hard work as history has proven in boxing time and time again.
Ray Robinson, Muhammad Ali and so on all got to the top as they were far better boxers than anyone else.
That fact will always remain in the sport.
That said, Zepeda can fight and is not the typical come forward fighter from Mexico.
