Mike Tyson finally addresses the Mayweather fight shambles

Mike Tyson a short time ago finally broke his silence on the Floyd Mayweather exhibition saga that has gone on a bit in boxing.

The former champions had been meant to fight an exhibition in the Congo back in April.

Speaking a short time ago at an event Tyson said;

“Listen, it’s bumpy, but it’s possible. It’s possible.”

(When asked about rumors of it happening in Congo): “Well, I don’t know. Of course, you know they had the big outbreak over there, so that’s going to be difficult. But I just hope it’s somewhere.”

On continuing exhibitions:
“Every time I’m always excited when I’m getting a check.”

A sad state of affairs for the once great champion from the US, for both of them in fact.

As boxing continues to boom, both boxers have seen better days and Mike Tyson even basically has said he is only fighting for a check at this point.

Sooner or later one of these former legends and champions may end up getting injured in one of these exhibitions.

Here is a look back at the career earnings of both Mike Tyson and Floyd.
