Last time out he defeated Gilberto Ramirez by knockout to win a version of a cruiserweight title.
But it is emerging now that Benavidez’ soon to be wife has cancelled their wedding abruptly citing their was bigger problems than cheating involved.
This will hit one of boxing’s current pound for pound stars who was flying high very hard.
It will clip his wings in mid flight no less just after he was flying high after that Ramirez win on Cinco De Mayo just gone last May in Las Vegas.
That was maybe his best win of his career.
Now it is unclear what is happening in his life or boxing career and training and many things appear to be hitting him all at once now outside of boxing.
