Tyson Fury promising an opponent and fight in the meantime immediately in 2026 before fighting AJ in 2026, a look at who it may be.
Fury has been on social media this weekend promising imminent fight news.
By all accounts it is thought the Fury vs Joshua fight is being pursued by both boxers for around November time.
Although not confirmed yet talks are said to be at an advanced stage.
Joshua possibly will fight shortly against someone as well before Fury.
As for Fury, here’s a look at who the stay busy fight might be:
- Agit Kabayel – WBC Interim champ, Fury name-dropped him
- Brandon Moore – American contender already offered to Fury
- Daniel Dubois – WBO champ, beat Joshua, just beat Wardley
- Andy Ruiz Jr. – Former champ who beat Joshua, called out before
- Filip Hrgovic – Top-10 heavyweight, active in May
- Moses Itauma – 21-yr-old WBC #3, rising star
- Lawrence Okolie – WBC #2, wants big UK fight
If they were to make the Daniel Dubois fight for a heavyweight title that would be huge in the meantime.
Dubois just knocked out Fabio Wardley at the weekend and surely only needs a couple of weeks rest and time off before going back to training.
They could do a Tyson Fury vs Daniel Dubois fight in the summer and the winner fights Joshua.
Joshua is thought to be fighting sometime around July 25th before the Fury fight against Kristian Prenga next up in Saudi Arabia.
