A look at the Gervonta Tank Davis 2026 schedule US situation from an already whirlwind of a year for him so far.
Davis had been arrested briefly following what looked like bogus charges stemming from an alleged incident at a strip club in Florida.
He got released and is now apparently back training and able to fight again soon.
Although the video of him at the Strip Club was then released here and looked terrible for him.
He should be able to box again soon and here’s a look at possible opponents for him in 2026:
Here are 7 possible opponents being floated for Tank Davis next, based on recent rumors and fight talk:
- Lamont Roach Jr –Rematch after their controversial draw on March 1. Davis was in negotiations for the rematch at super lightweight, and his coach Calvin Ford says Tank “has a specific opponent in mind”
- Isaac “Pitbull” Cruz – Davis was reportedly negotiating a summer rematch with Cruz at super lightweight on Prime Video PPV. Multiple fan polls mention Cruz vs Tank 2
- Shakur Stevenson – A lightweight champ. A Tank vs Shakur fight is called “massive” if Stevenson gets past Teofimo Lopez. Stevenson says he knows how to beat Tank
- Manny Pacquiao – Pacquiao said he “likes the Davis fight” after Barrios and his team called it the move to make. Both are 5’5½” southpaws
- O’Shaquie Foster – 130-lb champ has been calling for Tank: “I think it’ll be a great match”
- Ryan Garcia – Anthony Joshua floated Garcia as a potential opponent for Paul, but Garcia is also mentioned in Tank speculation and fans have called for a rematch
There was also a Jake Paul exhibition scheduled for Nov 14, 2025 that Davis later distanced himself from and hinted at retirement after — but coach Calvin Ford insists Tank “will not retire” and is targeting someone else.
Who knows what will happen ‘Tank’ next though.
The fight everyone wants to see is of course the Shakur Stevenson vs Gervonta Davis fight.
