Bogus Gervonta Davis Parole Violation Temporarily Arises

This will be squashed and gotten rid of shortly.

Gervonta ‘Tank’ Davis was recently released from a temporary arrest in Florida and bailed out on bond of $16,000.

The fact the bond was low for such a big name in America spoke volumes as well as his lawyers sentiments.

Garbage. Nothing will happen.

Now according to Boxing Scene and other sites, Davis has an arrest warrant in his native Maryland State in the US for parole violation going back to 2020 because of this arrest recently.

Garbage. He can’t and won’t be in violation of that due to been released recently and the case been garbage. No problem for him.

Here’s the facts:

  • Arrest warrant issued for Gervonta “Tank” Davis (31) in Baltimore, Maryland (Circuit Court).
  • Issued Monday, February 2, 2026 by Judge Althea M. Handy.
  • For alleged probation violation from his 2020 hit-and-run case.
  • 2020 incident: Davis crashed into a vehicle in Baltimore, injured 4 people (including a pregnant woman), and fled.
  • Original sentence (2023): 90 days house arrest, 3 years probation, 200 hours community service; he served extra jail time (44 days) for prior violation.
  • Violation triggered by his January 28, 2026 arrest in Miami, Florida, on charges of battery, false imprisonment, and attempted kidnapping (domestic violence allegations against an ex-girlfriend from October 2025).
  • Davis (now living in Florida) posted bond in Florida case, with no-contact order; victim also filed civil lawsuit.
  • Davis’ Maryland attorney requested warrant recall, summons instead, and GPS monitoring to avoid hindering Florida defense.
  • Warrant active but not yet executed; separate from Florida charges.
  • No major updates on execution or resolution reported as of early February 4, 2026.

Expect news on this shortly. Davis will of course as a young major athlete in professional boxing return to the sport shortly.

Not only that, Team USA themselves even called up Davis to personally advise the country in only the last Olympics in France.

His character has been even trusted by the country’s Olympic team as recent as that — which is well after the above back in 2020 as well.

Let that sink in.
