Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn spoke on Benn.
Conor Benn is flying high in the sport at the moment after his big rematch win over Chris Eubank Jr last year.
Big fights in America is what he is being talked about for now.
Speaking to First Round TV and Propa Boxing his promoter Eddie Hearn told Darren Barker:
“Connor’s just out of control on smoke and wants everybody and every I mean he’s like in the ring up and down the ring in the you know he’s like head butting him in the rings facing off against him…”
He added:
“For me you know when we talk about Connor I want to see him win a world title I mean there is an obsession with a lot of these young fighters.”
He continued:
“He just wants big fights, but I would love to see him fight for and I believe win a world title.”
He later added:
“I think he’s made a decision to move to 147. He wants to fight Ryan Garcia, you know, maybe Roelly Romero.”
Whatever happens Conor Benn has been brushing shoulders with the big players in boxing lately.
On merit he deserves a world title shot and back down at welterweight he will be more effective as well as a fighter.
