Tyson ‘The Gypsy’ King Fury is on his way back to the sport of boxing shortly and is looking for an opponent as things stand at the moment.
His comeback has not been confirmed in the sense that there is a fight confirmed and being made official but he’s training very actively and has said he is coming back and has been lighter than he usually is lately compared to when he has been in between camps before.
Anthony Joshua has retired according to his uncle lately as well and that leaves a bit of a void in terms of star names at heavyweight.
Fury is a former undisputed heavyweight champion and still a big name in boxing and even the likes of his old nemesis Wladimir Klitschko is returning to the sport some think.
As he posted some sparring footage recently of proper sparring, so he is surely getting ready for an actual bout in pro boxing again.
Could Tyson Fury vs Moses Itauma Be Possible In 2026
Moses Itauma is the new big name in the heavyweight division however and the young man from the UK has been busting up, battering and knocking out everything in his path and in his way so far this year.
A titan for his age at heavyweight.
Some call him a phenom.
Other’s just a very good young fighter who has shown massive excellence already at heavyweight and a great head on his shoulders, not bothered about commentators saying it is too early for him in the big fights.
Are people in boxing maybe missing the fact that Fury and Itauma would be a great fight as well?
Fury has been inactive for some time now and many might suggest with Itauma’s activity and wins in the sport lately, that this might make the fight more of an even match.
Both are from the UK and everyone is talking about and excited about seeing how far Itauma can go this year and who he might knock out next. Fury has done big stadium shows before and Itauma is already a big name in the UK.
The fight could easily be made if both of the boxers want to make it but let’s see what direction they go in later in the year.
Only today Tyson Fury was training like a machine here — roll on fight one this year.
