He beat everyone he stepped in the ring at the end of the day when all is said and done.
The two fights he lost to McCall and Rahman he faithfully avenged and by knockout both times.

“The best of Lennox Lewis vs the best of any other fighter has a 90 per cent chance of winning you know at any time.”
Ultimately Briggs knows him as well as anyone who fought him.
He didn’t mention if he thought he’d beat Ali but the above is more or less the highest praise as it gets in the sport.
You don’t get much better than that, a big claim, but possibly quite right.
