The great country of Kazakhstan has another new famed fighting sons returning to action soon, not so famed yet, but he will be known soon.
This man like people like Terence Crawford has gone about his job quietly over the years but has done so in a brilliant manner in the ring.
Boxing, fighting and cutting down anything that presented itself as an opponent to him.
Middleweight And Boxing’s Hidden Gem Returns In December
That is of course world champion Janibek Alimkhanuly.
Hardcore boxing fans know him and those in boxing and those in Kazakhstan of heard of him, but not many yet really outside of that know of him.
Similar to Lamont Roach in America and Brian Norman Jr as well, the latter are both getting more well known lately though of course.
That’s because they were in big fights recently with the likes of big names such as Gervonta Davis and Devin Haney.
Alimkhanuly will get his big fight against a big name soon himself but next month he goes back to work in a tough assignment for now he must come through.
His ability is known in his country so much now that the likes of the Interior Ministry of Kazakhstan continue to invest in his events to market the country.
We were not joking or exaggerating as you can see when we said new governments in the East would invest in professional boxing if it benefitted their countries.
From a sporting and a tourism perspective.
Don’t sleep on Alimkhanuly.
Remember, only a few years ago no one outside of boxing had heard of Terence ‘Bud’ Crawford.
