Boxing in terms of professional boxing and world championship boxing is flying at the moment and that’s great but that’s nothing to what is about to happen soon.
Professional sport we sense is going to use professional boxing for something much bigger, in terms of boxing being brought back to one of the best sports on Earth watched by the masses.
If you look at Netflix, the biggest streaming corporation in the world, they are already doing this.
Their new Netflix Sports Instagram account and part of their business pushes boxing as their number one sport above and beyone all the others already.
We have tracked this and proven it time and time again on here with research and hard evidence.
The fact they are doing that is a huge thing for boxing.
A Major Factor That Matters For Fans In Boxing That Paramount Must Know
Paramount are the latest big company in America and internationally to soon, at some point next year, start showing live professional boxing.
The main thing they and any network must know is that research is showing that at the right price point boxing fans don’t mind signing up to streaming services or on rare occasion pay to watch a fight.
Pay per view is largely not being used now in boxing but never say never for it to comeback, it very well might be used still occasionally.
As long as the fights are quality and the price is sensible for the consumer, the potential for huge upside for events and fighters is huge.
The days of 90 to 100 dollars pay per views for a boxing event in America however are done.
Well and truly done.
Something like $24.99 to $39.99 for a big pay per view in boxing in the US is better and will get far more people to buy them.
That said, streaming is the other path as well which is excellent too, for a monthly subscription.
TKO will be using Paramount and others by all accounts in boxing next year and soon.
