The great Lennox Lewis has revealed what his favorite fight in his boxing career actually was after so many wars and battles over the years.
Lewis only lost twice as a professional.
But he made both defeats right and avenged the losses to Oliver McCall and Hasim Rahman.
So everyone he stepped into the professional boxing ring with, he defeated.
Lennox Reveals His Favorite Fight He Was In
Speaking on Sky Sports on what his favorite battle of them all was Lewis said:
I would have say the Mercer fight because my friends actually seen me get hit. Because I got hit and it was back and forth. They like action fights.”
He mentioned that the Mike Tyson fight was a good fight as well but his main one was Mercer.
The Mercer win for Lewis was back in May 10th 1994.
Lennox Lewis won the fight by close majority decision at the time.
