Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford are now in the final part of their intensive training before throwing hands on September 13th.
The hard yards are still ongoing at the moment. As is sparring for both boxers.
Alvarez has brought in world champion Jaron ‘Boots’ Ennis for sparring for Crawford.
US Boxing Analyst Almost Swayed By Canelo Sparring For Crawford
Speaking to YSM Sports Media, Stephen ‘Breadman’ Edwards said he almost changed his pick to Alvarez because of it:
“I’m still rocking with Crawford, but I know some people are like, “Man, I’m changing my pick now because that’s the best sparring you could get.” It shows Canelo is taking this fight super seriously.”
He is right.
But sparring is sparring.
Crawford has brought in Shakur Stevenson as well and so, will be rather lethal sharp.
Crawford is aware of the challenge that is ahead of him with Canelo.
