There has been a Usyk vs Joseph Parker talks update as the fight discussion is still ongoing at the moment as things stand.
Some official sources actually confirmed the fight as happening for sure recently but not the case quite yet.
The fight is still under discussion and Sky Sports on the X platform said a short time ago:
“Joseph Parker’s team have revealed that Oleksandr Usyk has not held any negotiations over a mandatory WBO title fight”
Usyk recently knocked out Daniel Dubois in their rematch.
So, Usyk calls the shots now in terms of who he fights and so on.
He’s undisputed heavyweight champion of the world at the end of the day.
One of the great fighters in boxing history, moreover.
