US boxing star Devin Haney’s father and manager Bill Haney reacted a short time ago to Errol Spence losing to Tszyu.
Tszyu defeated Spence by UD on points tonight in boxing.
American former world champion Errol Spence since retired. Bill Haney said a short time ago:
“That was a great fight. I loved it — another great night of boxing. You can see the Australians are happy. It looks like their guy won tonight. Yes, they’re happy with their fighter. It was some close rounds in there, though. I do agree with that. There were some swing rounds. So with us having it 7-5, it could easily have been 6-6. Oh, that was a heck of a fight. Great fight. Great night of boxing. Australia got another good one.”
Alas, Tim Tszyu’s win tonight was one of the great victories in history for an Australian boxer in boxing history, certainly over a big name American.
