Seriously tough people and boxing is not about toughness, the best professional boxers hit and don’t get hit at their best.
Like Ali in his young days (and even Tyson in his younger days had a great defense), Mayweather, Joe Louis, Mayweather, Terence Crawford and Sugar Ray Robinson (and others). Boxing is a science of course.
But when it comes to the masses, fans simply are drawn to the likes of Arturo Gatti and Mickey ward, and their legendary fights, because they just put on great fights and don’t give up. All action brawls.

He won’t be short of promoters and TV companies if he ever makes it to professional boxing anyway.
The Gatti name in boxing is one of legend due to the fights with Mickey Ward.
