Canelo Alvarez the biggest star in the sport returns next month against Crawford and he brings the big money and big bucks a while now in boxing.
Alvarez has been the biggest pay per view draw in boxing for some time.
Now with more of a move to streaming platforms, Alvarez will drive signups on those platforms too.
He’s been bringing big money to boxing for a while.
Former world champion from the UK Amir Khan revealed in their middleweight fight back in 2016 even then, as a challenger to Alvarez, he made ten million UK pounds (about $13.5 million US dollars at current exchange rate) for the fight.

Speaking to Boxing King Media Khan said:
“Even when I fought Canelo, I’m going into it and look, I’m the underdog. But there’s 10 m (million pounds sterling) on the table. I’m like, wait a minute. 10 m is 10 m bro.”
Khan is currently retired from professional boxing.
Next month Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez will once again bring a huge event and night of boxing to the world against Terence Crawford in Las Vegas on September 13th.
