The women’s undisputed heavyweight champion Claressa Shields recorded another classic victory at the weekend in the sport.
A boxing clinic and professional win that saw Shields outpoint Lani Daniels by unanimous points decision over the duration.
Shields defended all her heavyweight titles a second time with the win and said after the fight with all the dust settled on the X platform:
“I walked out to the ring with All 17 of my World Title belts last night I do not have to be humble about how great I am, WHEN GOD LITERALLY CHOSE ME FOR WOMENS BOXING ! I’m not letting anyone or anybody put my hardwork on the back burner any longer! I EARNED MY RESPECT”
Shields didn’t need to earn any respect. She already had it automatically.
A masterful performance from the young Claressa Shields again at the weekend.
She is clearly by far the greatest women’s boxer that ever lived and is still very young too, and, is getting better all the time.
Laila Ali will be a big fight for Shields or Katie Taylor if those bouts can be put together.
