If the end of the Casino movie ever came to boxing surely it was tonight in Queens New York in the main event.
To the surprise of some, Shakur Stevenson vs William Zepeda was not the main event in New York tonight.
Hamzah Sheeraz vs Berlanga was and it lived up to it too with this:
Hamzah Sheeraz is now the UK’s latest new boxing star literally overnight with this tonight.
Credit to the brave Berlanga for getting up after the knockout tonight, he’ll be back of course.
As for the winner, Sheeraz will be in big fights soon and is lined up for the Canelo bout.
Hamzah Sheeraz is trained by Ireland’s Andy Lee, the former middleweight champion, proving to be a boxing genius as a trainer.
He’s brought Joseph Parker on leaps and bounds as well.
