Life is good and Manny Pacquiao knows it, a man who loves his work and it is clearly showing in his training at the moment.
Recently Pacquiao became a Hall of Famer and is now a literal living legend in boxing ahead of his latest fight at the age of 46.
Manny Pacquiao On Why He’s Fighting At 46
Speaking to his official YouTube channel ‘Team Pacquiao’ Pacquiao said he’s simply enjoying his boxing:
“It’s not a sport for life. But as long as you enjoy it, like, you know, you enjoy it, you’re happy doing it, then go ahead, go for it. That’s what I’m doing.”
That makes sense and if you look at his training recently he is clearly doing more than well.
Against fighters much younger than him and he’s got his old spark back, that old eye of the tiger.
With that being said, at the same time, he’s training smarter too and by July 19th this month his strength and conditioning coach Justin Fortune will look to do two things.
Make sure he doesn’t leave it all in the gym in sparring before then and that he saves his best work for on the night.
