Terence Crawford Reacts To De La Hoya Saying Canelo Will Run Him Out Of The Ring

Terence Crawford is one of the pound for pound head honchos in the entire sport of boxing but soon he will face another one.

A bigger foe too in Mexican superstar Canelo Alvarez when he moves up to super-middleweight on September to challenge him.

Canelo used to be promoted by former multi-weight world champion Oscar De La Hoya but even De La Hoya predicts Canelo will beat Crawford easy.

Speaking to Fight Hub Crawford said of De La Hoya giving him no chance against Canelo:

“Well, when you see Oscar changing up his tone and his opinion every week, it’s hard to believe anything he says. One minute he says this about Canelo, the next minute that about Canelo. But that’s why we fight, so we can see if he’s going to run me out of the ring.”

Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez is not short on confidence himself it must be also said.

Both these boxers believe in themselves and of course that is genuinely the absolutely right thing for fighters to do.
