Shane Mosley the multi-weight world champion and boxing legend is helping Manny Pacquiao out in training and inspiration at the moment.

They fought in the ring many years ago at this point, Pacquiao coming out as the winner that time but not by much on points.

Speaking to Fight Hype, Mosley said on Pacquiao at the moment:

“Manny Pacquiao is fighting on July 19th at 46 years old. I fought well into my later years, too. I think he’ll perform exceptionally well. There’s a strong chance he could win a world title. He gets up every morning, runs, and trains hard. From what I’ve heard about his routine and mindset, he’s in great shape. I spoke with him recently, and his mentality mirrors mine. We share the same drive. He’s 46, I’m 53, but we’re almost identical in our approach. I’m in good shape myself, ready to go, just like him. I don’t know much about his opponent, Barrios, so I can’t comment on that, but based on what I see from Manny, I believe he has a very strong chance of winning the world title.”

It is a tough ask for Pacquiao but if anyone can pull it off, it is him.

As for Pacquiao and Mosley, both are real believers of God, good examples of believers of God in professional boxing and professional sport in America at the moment.
