Anthony Joshua got viciously knocked out in 2024 by Daniel Dubois, the new IBF heavyweight champion, in of the biggest KOs of the year.
Maybe in recent years even in the heavyweight division, it was that heavy.
Dubois fights in a big unification with Usyk in a rematch this summer but not is known yet for Joshua’s comeback opponent.
Prince Naseem Hamed Has Said Something That Will Surely Upset Some AJ Fans
Former world champion however Prince Naseem Hamed said to IFL TV:
“Listen whether he can or he can’t (fight again) I prefer him not to. He’s had his day in the sun. He’s done great. He’s won amazing world titles. He’s defended them. He’s earned his dough. He should bow out gracefully and that’s it done.”
Joshua by all accounts though is coming back and not only that has is about to ink a major multi-fight deal that will include big heavyweight fights as well.
So basically Joshua is coming back but is understood to be under repair from some surgery at the moment.
