Manny Pacquiao the eight-division world champion returns from what some thought was retirement recently, he reacts to another champion’s retirement.
Pacquiao is not retired however and at 46 years of age he challenges Mario Barrios for the WBC welterweight championship of the world.
Speaking to Fight Hub, Manny Pacquiao said ahead of his fight with Mario Barrios on Lomachenko retiring:
“He’s a champion and a good boxer, so he has a reason why he’s retired.”
His reason for retirement is not clear yet but basically he achieved a lot in boxing, more than most.
One of the great pound for pound boxers that ever lived and will be remembered as such.
Retiring at the age of 37 from boxing a smart move and an excellent career.
Pacquiao however looks to roll things back one last time July 19th in Las Vegas for the WBC welterweight title on July 19th.
