IBF heavyweight champion Daniel Dubois will have his chance for revenge against Oleksandr Usyk shortly for the undisputed heavyweight championship.
The rematch has some real bad blood, and genuine ill will that can only be resolved through violence as the only appropriate solution.
Lennox Lewis told Queensberry he thinks the UK’s Dubois can beat Ukraine’s Usyk second time
“I’m thinking he’s ready, he’s been through the trials and tribulations, he’s the King Slayer, he’s got the power and he’s been there before. He knocked the guy down. He knows what he needs to do.”
Lewis went on to say:
“It would be great for him to do it, another man to do it for Great Britain. He’s definitely the man that can go through with it. He’s done the work, he’s gone through the pedigree and he’s a certified champion. He’s going to do it.”
Interesting from Lewis as always.
July 19th will tell if Dubois can get revenge at Wembley for the first fight.
