Chris Eubank Jr, Eubank senior and his team were notably absent from the post-fight press conference but he’s spoke after beating Conor Benn.
Eubank Jr got the win by unanimous points decision in what was a titanic fight of biblical proportions, one of the great fights in modern boxing history.
Speaking a short time ago on X, Chris Eubank Jr, simply posted a picture of him and Eubank senior and said:
“HISTORY.”
It sure was — a great part of boxing history.
It is not over yet either.
Murmurings already in the sport suggest an immediate rematch maybe forthcoming in due course in 2025.
