Gennady Golovkin becomes honory doctor as the boxing legend goes to new levels outside of the sport of boxing all the time, this is impressive.
This is big for boxing too that the Chair of World Boxing in ‘GGG’ which will govern the sport at the 2028 LA Olympics as well.
So per the above photo, ‘GGG’ confirmed on Instagram this week:
“I perceive the awarding of the title of Honorary Doctor not only as my personal merit, but also as a sign of trust and confirmation of the importance of efforts to promote Kazakhstan abroad. I am glad to have the opportunity to continue my journey in sports in a new capacity. The possibilities within the world of sports are diverse at every stage. I will continue my mission — to serve for the development of sports and to strengthen the image of our country on the international stage.”
