Beterbiev vs Bivol 2 tops the bill but the supremely gifted Shakur Stevenson fights Floyd Schofield also on the show.
Speaking to DAZN Boxing Stevenson said:
“No disrespect to those guys, but I’m the best fighter. I think that I am what everybody wants to see on that card. I think a lot of people say they’re not going to wake up at a certain time or all that stuff, but everybody’s going to be watching that s***. Everybody’s going to want to see Shakur. A lot of people try to act like Shakur is not must-see TV, but I am must-see TV. I am the best fighter in boxing; everybody wants to see me, everybody wants to watch me, and they’re going to keep paying attention.”
Bold words and a bold claim.
He has been backing it up in the ring thus far in his pro career, though.
