The performance was not everyone’s cup of tea certainly by Stevenson but for purists there was moments of genius.
Pure, savage genius no less. Pure unfiltered raw genius. Quality at times.
The sweet science is about hitting and not getting hit, and being exciting, that’s professional boxing (at the end of the day).
Stevenson did that in spots tonight like this:

Stevenson comes across as a man who fights to the level of opposition.
Gervonta “Tank” Davis before the end of the year is a different ball game compared tonight in that regard.
In relation to the fight, what a contest it would be.
With Vasyl Lomachenko reportedly willing to step aside to let it happen and fight the winner too.
Boxing will be the real winner.
