Shakur Stevenson didn’t have his best night in the ring tonight and this probably showed as much happening while the fight was ongoing.
He was the local man tonight boxing in front of hometown fans in Newark, New Jersey.
Many of them were not that impressed however and walked out during his fight here:
Dear or dear.
Stevenson finished the fight somewhat strong at least in his unanimous points decision.
It is thought he could be a free agent after tonight’s fight and likely will leave Top Rank.
If this is the case, where to next, Matchroom, PBC or somewhere else?
Scenes could be seen during the fight tonight of frustrating exchanges between him and his coach.
Maybe because his opponent proved a little trickier than expected.
