Wilder has always being known for his huge bombs, overhand shots and looping shots.

Something seemed off with Wilder again at the weekend.

At times scared to pull the trigger and other times sloppy and overthrowing when he thought he had Zhang hurt.

Dev Sahni thinks this is why on X:

“I think when Deontay Wilder knocked out his friend Robert Helenius it spooked him and we lost the Bronze Bomber that day. He cried at the press conference afterwards when talking about the dangers of the sport and then never knocked out a man again.”

Perhaps Wilder was gun shy since the fight.
