Garcia has maintained his innocence amid a lot of different reports since his fight with Devin Haney recently in New York.
Ultimately Garcia claims he failed on tiny doses for the substance he failed on.
It will be up to him to convince the New York Athletic Commission on that.
Strangely, the head of the Commission recently stepped down after the fight recently.
That will tell you how corrupt New York is as a place now.
The Big Apple no more.
That’s for sure.
Garcia said the following on it all:
“Imagine you win the biggest fight of your life And for the first time they claim you do steroids I had no prior history of that ever I got tested for tank fight and other fights Yet I cheated on this one this is disgusting.”
The fact that the NSAC head Kim Sumbler resigned recently this week after Garcia and Haney’s fight, leaves a terrible after effect on the whole thing.
No governance or oversight essentially on the situation if the head of the organization when faced with any adversity decided to just resign.
Not just bad for the fight but New York as a whole.
A hugely unimpressive place at the moment.
